At Alma Vera, we take our customers' satisfaction very seriously. That's why we offer fast and reliable domestic shipping within the United States of America. We work hard to ensure that your package is carefully prepared and presented in the best possible way before being handed off to the shipping company. We understand the importance of prompt delivery, which is why we aim to process all shipments within 3 business days.
We currently offer only domestic shipping.
RETURNS
Since one of Alma Vera's missions is to make everyone feel confident in a one-of-a-kind hand-painted hat, we genuinely believe in treating our customers like friends. Hats are such a prominent part of our attire and add a touch of personality and style, that they have to be just perfect. Therefore, we understand that there may be times when a return is necessary. If this is the case, we ask that you please reach out to us at almaveradesign@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Alma Vera personally reviews each request for a return.
Returns are granted only for products that arrive damaged. In order for a request to be reviewed, we ask that you send us a high quality picture of the damaged product. Please include a picture of the bottom of the hat, the top of the hat, the damaged part and any other picture of the hat that shows that it is damaged.
In order for the return to be granted, the hat should be returned unused and in its original packaging and together with the packaging materials. We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
